How do you create stained glass window art with recycled plastic?
I am trying to simulate the look of real stained glass window designs, but I want to create the designs using recycled clear plastic like plastic from milk bottles etc. The plastic will be cut into designs and painted. I am teaching an art class at a school that it very low income and we recycle everything and I am trying to use resources that are available at the school. I need suggestions.

- This has absolutely nothing to do with painting but it may be an idea. We did it in structural engineering class, yes you will have to adapt it for kids. But we each had a large piece of corrugated cardbord and had to design a chair strong enough to hold out teacher. We could olny cut and fold the cardboard, not use any tape or adhesive.
- Try this 1.Choose a stain glass pattern 2. Cut out your pieces. 3. Glue together edges 4. Create lead line 5. Cut 1/2" off the tip of the grey/black acrylic caulking. You would do well to glue this to a sheet of plastic.... Good luck
